- Half cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp. ketchup
- Lime
- Seafood seasoning
- 1 tbsp. Dill
- 3 cups fried coating
- 2 tbsp. bell pepper relish
- Leamon garlic pepper seasoning
- Garlic bread
- Tomatoes
- Lettuce
How to make The Best Oyster Po Boy
- In a bowl, put the half cup mayonnaise, 1tbsp. dill, 2 tbsp. ketchup, lime, and seafood seasoning. Then, mix.
- On the same bowl, put the 2 tbsp. bell pepper relish and mix it again. Set aside.
- On another bowl, combine 3 cups friend coating, seafood seasoning and lemon garlic pepper seasoning.
- Strain the oyster. Cut the oyster in half. Then, put it to the fried coating mixture.
- Once done, deep fry until golden brown.
- Cut the garlic bread in half. Spread butter in both sides.
