Ingredients

  • 8 oz. blue crab claw (cracked)
  • 5 tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp. ketchup
  • 1 tbsp. sour cream
  • 1 tbsp orange juice
  • 2 tbsp. pickled relish
  • Hot sauce
  • Cajun seasoning
  • Green onion (chopped)
  • Parsley (chopped)
  • Garlic (chopped)
  • Butter
  • Lemon
  • Seafood seasoning
  • Lemon garlic pepper seasoning

 

How to make Sautéed Blue Crab Claws

  1.  Prepare the sauce. In a bowl, combine 5 tbsp. mayonnaise,2 tbsp. ketchup, 1 tbsp. sour cream, 1 tbsp orange juice, 2 tbsp. pickled relish, hot sauce, and Cajun seasoning. Set aside.
  2.  Cut the green onion, parsley, and garlic.
  3.  On a preheat pan, melt the butter with garlic. Squeeze the lemon, put the crab claws. Then, stir.
  4.  Season with seafood and lemon garlic pepper seasoning. Then, stir.
  5.  Sprinkle parsley on top.
