  • Brussel sprouts
  • Onion (chopped)
  • Garlic (chopped)
  • Butter
  • 2 tbsp. maple syrup
  • Greens seasoning
  • Himalayan salt black pepper seasoning


How to make Garlic Butter Roasted Brussel Sprouts

  1. Clean the brussels sprout. Cut it into a half and remove the ends.
  2. Combine the brussels sprouts and onion to a bowl.
  3. Put the butter on another bowl and put it into the oven.
  4. Once done. Put the garlic, greens seasoning, 2tbsp maple syrup, and Himalayan salt black pepper seasoning. Then , stir.
  5. Pour the garlic butter sauce on the top of brussels sprouts and onion mixture. Then, mix.
  6. Put the garlic butter sprouts to the air fryer for 10 to 12 mins, 400 degrees.
