Ingredients
- 2 lbs. lean ground beef
- 1 onion (chopped)
- ½ orange bell pepper (chopped)
- 4 cloves garlic (chopped)
- 1 cup beer
- Chili seasoning
- Garlic seasoning
- 8 oz. tomato sauce
- 8 oz. diced tomatoes
- 1 cup beans (optional)
How to make Chili
- In a preheated pot, sauté the lean ground beef. Cook until the juice from the meat comes out.
- Remove the grease from the pot. Then, add chopped onions. Stir until the onions become translucent in appearance.
- Add in chopped orange bell pepper, garlic, and a cup of any type of beer.
- Season it with Chili and Garlic seasonings.
- Pour tomato sauce and diced tomatoes. Let it simmer for a couple of hours.
- Add beans if you like. Stir for a couple of minutes.
