- Shrimp ( peeled, deveined)
- 2 tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1 egg
- Lemon (half)
- Lemon pepper seasoning
- Seafood seasoning
- Parsley
- 1/3 cup breadcrumbs
- Breading
- Grape tomatoes (chopped)
- Lettuce (chopped)
- Burger patties
- 2 tbsp. mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp. ketchup
- 1 tsp. hot sauce
- Lemon juice
- Chop the shrimp.
- In a bowl, put the chopped shrimp, 2 tbsp mayonnaise, 1 egg, lemon, lemon pepper seasoning, and seafood seasoning. Then, stir.
- On the same bowl, add parsley and breadcrumbs.
- Form shrimp patties using your hands, make sure its big enough to cover your palms.
- Refrigerate the patties for couple of hours.
- Then, cover the patties with breading. Deep fry until golden brown. Set aside.
- Prepare the sauce. Combine the 2 tbsp. mayonnaise, 2 tbsp. ketchup, 1 tsp. hot sauce, and lemon juice.
- Spread the sauce on both sides of the bread. Add grape tomatoes and lettuce. Then, put the shrimp patty on top.
