  • Chicken wings



  • Mayonnaise
  • Buttermilk
  • Sour cream
  • Lemon juice
  • Onion Garlic Pepper seasoning
  • Garlic seasoning
  • Onion seasoning
  • Parsley (chopped)


Buffalo Sauce:

  • Hot sauce
  • Butter (room temperature)
  • Cajun seasoning
  • Fried Chicken seasoning
  • Lemon Garlic Pepper seasoning
  • All-purpose seasoning


How to make Buffalo Wings

  1. Deep fry the chicken wings for 8 minutes.
  2. While waiting for the wings to cook, prepare the dip. Just combine mayonnaise, buttermilk, sour cream, and fresh lemon juice in a small bowl. Then, season it with Onion Garlic Pepper seasoning, Garlic seasoning, and Onion seasoning. Add chopped parsley, stir, and set aside.
  3. Pull the fried wings up and let it rest for about 5 minutes. Then, cook them in the fryer again until golden brown.
